Pre-Order and Return Policy

Thank you for supporting our brand! To ensure the best experience and maintain fairness, please review our pre-order and return policy below:

1. Pre-Order Policy:
• All items listed as pre-order are custom-made and produced in limited quantities. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that you are reserving a product before it is manufactured.
• Payment is required at the time of the pre-order, and production begins shortly after your order is confirmed.
• Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing and fulfillment of your pre-order. While it is highly unlikely, in very rare circumstances, processing may take up to 8 weeks at the most.

2. No Return/Exchange Policy:
• Due to the nature of pre-orders and custom production, we do not accept returns or exchanges on pre-ordered items. Please ensure your order details, including sizing and preferences, are correct before confirming your purchase.

3. Order Cancellation:
• If you wish to cancel your pre-order, you must request approval by emailing us at ftbapparell@gmail.com within a 24 hour window. After this window you will not be able to cancel the production.

4. Sizing Information/Changes: The sizing is based of waist size. If the incorrect size was ordered, you have a 48-hour window from the time of purchase to notify us of the change. We’ll gladly adjust your order to the correct size within this period.

5. Customer Support: For inquiries or support, please contact us at ftbapparell@gmail.com. We strive to respond within 48 hours.

7. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

8. Policy Changes: We reserve the right to update our policies as needed. Please check back periodically for any changes.

9. Legal Disclaimer: We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion if policies are violated.
